Foodsafeplus offer a broad range of logger options. We will always determine the best solution in discussion and with your agreement to select the best products for your business.
There are many variables that determine the loggers best suited to your business. The types of equipment that require monitoring eg, Refrigerators, freezers, cool rooms, Bain-Maries, dishwashers and Bluetooth cook/chill/reheat temperature probes.
The main product we recommend is the Three in one logger, which gives you an air temperature probe, a liquid temperature sensor, that many health authorities demand, to prove goods remain frozen and a door alarm.
This door alarm triggers an audible alert as well as email and SMS alerts, if a door is left open longer, than determined by you for an acceptable period. A Mute button on the logger enables staff to turn the audible alarm off.
The three in one logger is powered by an AC/DC power pack and an internal Super Capacitor maintains sufficient power for at least 48 hours in the event of a power failure. No batteries are required in this unit.
In the event of an Internet or mobile phone tower outage all data is automatically restored after the outage.
All loggers transmit to a Gateway. Data is then forwarded from the loggers by the gateway to the Foodsafeplus logger server. Up to 50 loggers within 100 metres of a gateway can usually be supported.
